1. Scope of These Terms

These terms govern use of the GB Pro Solutions website and the general information, preliminary offers and services presented on it. They do not replace a project-specific proposal, statement of work or signed agreement.

2. Service and Product Descriptions

We aim to describe services and systems clearly. Some screens shown in the Marketplace or Portfolio may be product prototypes or illustrative interfaces and are labelled accordingly when they are not live deployments.

Final functionality can vary according to each client's scope, integrations, user and branch counts, and technical or operational requirements.

3. Pricing and Quotations

"Starting from" means a preliminary base-version price where an approved numeric price is published; it is not a binding final price for a customized project.

• USD is the canonical base currency when a numeric price is published.
• Other-currency conversions are indicative and may differ at contracting or payment time.
• Additional modules, integrations, branches, users, reports and customization may affect price.
• Final scope and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before implementation.

4. Project Start and Payment

Submitting a contact form or starting a WhatsApp conversation does not by itself create a contract or implementation order. Commercial obligations begin after the parties agree in writing on scope, price, payment stages and any project-specific terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content and requirements needed for delivery.
• Ensure rights to use any text, images, trademarks or data supplied for the project.
• Review deliverables and provide approvals within agreed timelines.
• Keep delivered account and access credentials confidential.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of custom deliverables, pre-existing software, reusable components and third-party licensed materials is determined in the project-specific proposal or agreement.

Website content, GB Pro Solutions branding, designs and published materials may not be commercially copied or reused without permission or another valid legal basis.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Projects may depend on third-party services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp or messaging providers, hosting services and external APIs. Availability, pricing and policies of those providers can change, so continued third-party service on unchanged terms cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

8. Portfolio and Prototypes

The website distinguishes implemented systems from product prototypes. Prototype imagery is intended to demonstrate capability and design direction and does not necessarily represent a live client deployment.

9. Website Information

Website information is provided for general commercial and informational purposes. Specifications, delivery time, price, warranty, support and maintenance for a project are defined in its own project documents.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or failure of a third-party service outside our direct control. This does not exclude rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded or those expressly agreed in a project contract.

11. External Links

The website may link to external sites or services. Those links do not mean that we control the content or policies of those providers.

12. Governing Law and Project Contracts

Where needed, governing law and dispute-resolution terms are defined in the proposal or contract for the relevant project, taking account of the contracting entity and jurisdiction. This website page alone does not establish an exclusive governing law or court.

13. Changes

We may update these website terms as services or operating practices change. Continued website use is subject to the version then published, without altering the specific terms of an existing signed project agreement.
